We loved our stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were exceptional as they had a beautiful courtyard with bamboos to enjoy the outdoors. The breakfast was delicious with various food, bread and fruit options available. The location was great with a nearby food center and convenience store for easy access to necessities. Plus, the hotel's wifi was strong and hassle-free to connect to any websites or social networks without VPN.

Very well furnished rooms with living area and spacious bathroom (business room), nice lobby good selection of drinks. Hotel is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the metro line 2 and is therefore ideal for a city stroll. Also Pudong Airport can be reached in 40 minutes by Metro Line 2.

Travel period was February, room air conditioner heated the room always during absence to 25 degrees. You couldn't have slept without opening windows. Despite open windows very, very quiet.

This venue is perfect for those seeking luxury amenities. the Spa center and wellness area are exclusive, with steam rooms, foot massages and a sauna. the indoor pool was clean and offered a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing swim. the staff was attentive to every detail, and in-room breakfast exceeded expectations, with prompt and delightful service. the garden area was well-kept and provided a peaceful spot in which to read and relax.

The only minor downside was the location. Although it was great for business people, it may be a little bit far away from city center, as it was necessary to take a taxi to access nearby museums and shops.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from such as fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. Additionally, the hotel was located in a convenient area close to local attractions and transportation.

The language barrier made communication difficult with some staff members. Also, the fitness center was relatively small, making it difficult to exercise when it was crowded.

Great options for those looking to stay in the outskirts of the city. the hotel offers a wide range of food options and has a great pool to relax in. the room size is perfect for a romantic escape with comfortable beds and good soundproofing. the hotel is also located close to a subway station which is great for commuting around the city.

The hotel is a little old which is reflected in the room quality. the shower had some issues, and the staff were not very helpful in resolving them.

Great service, quiet room, excellent fitness center with swimming pool and spa, wonderful nearby food hall, convenient location near the metro.

There was nothing I didn't like.
